“The Hardcore Beng
These are the ones I used to see hanging around HDB centres in golden hair. Back then, only the deviants had bleached hair. These days, you see bleached hair everywhere that it is no longer characteristic of the Hardcore Beng. Ok, back to the Hardcore Beng. He's usually skinny and wears tight Versace jeans with an orange comb sticking out from the back pocket. I suspect the longer and more pointed the comb is, the higher rank he has. I am not sure about this. But I am sure they must have been great fans of 古惑仔 and have many coloured tattoos with Chinese characters. I have never spoken to one. I think it may be too late now. These bengs are getting extinct.”
