oh man. this show confirmed my choice to not join a wafer fabrication plant. haha. i mean the whole factory has no colour? the machines are white, their uniforms are white. noooooo. just when they are trying hard to inspire the audience to join engineering, or to get their sons/daughters to join engineering, it's making me regret. haha. okay maybe not. but the chances of me joining a wafer fabrication plant is very low.
but there's still scenes that are worth watching. they filmed in nanyang!! woah!! cos there was this sequence abt ruanmianmian's past. then there was the jc her and her boyfriend in this strangely familiar walkway and pond. i was so shocked la. nanyang? why? because it's near to caldecott hill? but yay!! haha. at first i still couldnt believe it was ny till the credits came out and our familiar school crest appeared. and apparently they filmed in engin too. woah. and oschool.
but the SIA parts are good. har. and our dear elvinng trying to act as sato. hai. maybe the mediacorp is trying out with the daiyangtian formula again. and his fake accent. hahahahaha. okay. i prefer the DYT's one.
and i cant stand how this drama is so hard selling engineering. it's like 'engineers are cool, dance well and are good-looking!!' and the 5min thing with actors speaking about engineering. eg the taypinghui and his 'scientists ask 'why?' while engineers ask 'why not?' and ending cheekily with 'if u like to ask 'why not?', maybe u have the engineering dna in you.'' DNA? hahahahahahahaha.
oh. and i saw sde friend in the show too. haha. sia side. hi sde friend.
