New Aviation Security Measures for Hand-Carry Luggage on Flights Departing Singapore
"Singapore will be implementing new aviation security measures for hand-carry luggage on flights departing Singapore from 8 May 2007 (Tuesday), 1200hrs. "
hey. i jus realised this doesnt affect us!! hahahaha. let's bring 10l of liquid each up the plane. woo. anw, check out the new guidelines from here.
the same rules apply for taiwan and hk:
hahaha. this is damn clear. see lah. now u noe why hkia can be top airport for so many yrs. i am so 崇洋媚外. hais. hahaha. the liquid thing only applies to cabin bag, buay tahan must bring liquid jus stuff it into ur cargo bag.
cabin bag:
For all classes, each passenger (except an infant) can bring a free baggage allowance of one cabin bag not exceeding 56x36x23cm (22x14x9 in) in size. These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets.
Economy Class - 7kg (15lbs)
Checked Baggage Allowance:
Economy - 20kg (44lbs)
