good old cantonese version.

i missed the first few ep and subsequently one or two episodes of 冲上云霄 so after searching for sometime i managed to find someone who posted the show online. it has subs in english and was in cantonese. nice. and it's much funnier when u listen to the jokes in the original one.

but somehow it kinda made me cringe while watching the show. first, the extensive sub in the show. it's gd lah, it shows that the subbers were making an effort to do a good job. but why do they sub the theme song too and somemore the sounds!? haha. really. look.

they even sub the 'hmm' and 'yeah' and everytime i watch the opening i will be like 'ahhh. stop it...'

and the 2nd thing that made me cringe was the scenes in which sam (or vincent) tries to speak in english. haha. omg. i think this scene is the classic. cos it was supposed tat the captain position was always held by angmoh (sam became the first chinese subsequently) so they had to speak english in the cockpit. haha. and there was this line as u can see from above.

i think francis ng was struggling and said 'there is goin to be some *pause* turbulence due to the *pause* thunderstorm' i think he was trying to recall the big words. heh.
