the story.

once there live a happy family of three tom the father, susan the mother, jason the son. so this happy family of three lived happily in the countryside and they rear sheeps for a living.

tom was getting old and decided to teach his son the art of rearing sheeps and hopes his son can do the same family business as him.

so one day he told jason, 'my son, i shall teach you how to rear sheeps. but first you must help me chase the sheeps back into the den after sunset everyday.' Eager to learn, jason promised his father.

and the next day came. jason did as what his father told him and chase the sheep herd back to their dens after sunset. father was pleased with him and told him to do so too the next day.

as usual jason waited for sunset. but he got bored and his little friends came running to find him.
his friend said, 'hey jason! let's go out and play. i heard the circus is in town! nevermind the sheep herd, your father will tale care of it. and futhermore it's only for today. your father won't mind.'

after giving much thought, jason felt that it was only for that day and that his father won't mind, he left the sheep herd and went down to town with his friends.

his father was furious but he forgave jason for it was his first time. jason then promoised his father that he would go to the sheep herd the next day.

and as he promised, jason went to look after the sheeps. but the sun was scorching and the day was long. soon, jason was bored and tired and decided to head back home to get himself a rest. but he realised that the sun was setting and he had his duty. so he thought to himself, 'nevermind today. father will take care of the sheeps. i'm tired and burnt. i deserve a rest. and futhermore this will be the only time i'm doing this.' so he headed to his room to rest.

again. tom the father was angry. but he again decided to forget about this matter. jason promised his father that he will look after the sheep herd the next day.

so jason went down. he felt that he could endure that day and was utterly proud of himself. soon the sheepdog from the next farm came over. the dog was cute and playful and jason loved it. he chased the dog round and soon chased it to town. 'oh no,' jason thought to himself, 'the sun is setting and i need to go back.' but the dog wanted to play and jason did not want to leave. so he thought 'nevermind. father will take care of it. furthermore, this is the first time i'm not doing my duty.' so he played with the dog till the sky was dark.

tom discussed with susan the mother about this matter but susan told him, 'forgive jason for he is still a boy. give him a chance.' so tom decided to give jason another chance. the next day was the day when they would shave the sheeps' wool and to sell them. jason was very excited and promised his father that no matter what happen to him that day he would go as he would love to see the shaving of the sheeps' wool.

in the night, jason gave a second thought to what he promised in the day. they have to go over a hill and another before they can reach the place where they will shave the sheeps. the jounrney will be tiring and that the sun will be hot. 'maybe it's not so fun afterall,' jason thought to himself, and his little friends came, telling him of the zoo coming to town the next day. jason felt that it was meaningful to go to the zoo and look at the animals.

so jason discussed with his father. 'father, i am deciding whether to go to see the sheeps shave tommorrow.''why? my son.''because i think it may not be so fun afterall, and.. so father, is it okay if i don't go tmr?'
tom knew it was coming and knew that it was no point talking over his son. so he replied, 'yes my son you may. you may not come tmr.'

and sure enough jason decided to not go see the sheeps shave and went to the zoo.
tom, again, discussed this matter with his wife susan. 'dear, i think there are some values that we need to teach our son.' 'yes, my dear. i think so too.'

and coincidentally one of the sheep mama was going to give birth the nxt day. so tom and susan decide to go and not tell their son.
the nxt day came, tom and susan went to see the giving birth of the sheep and jason went with little friends unknowingly.

in the night, when tom and susan came back then jason realised his parents went to see the giving birth of a young sheep without telling him. he was furious and felt that his parents should not have not told him.

and in the night when jason calmed down his father asked him, 'son, if i told you that we were going would you go or would you choose to go with your friends?' jason could not give an answer and kept quiet.
