today turned out much better than i expected. day started off with a chem quiz of alkyl halides. wah. first, i forgot abt the quiz. second i didnt bother to really rmb the stuff of this topic so i was literally staring at the quiz and not knowing wat to do. i didnt even dare to look at my asnwers after i finished and handed in straight coz i really dun dare to look at wat i wrote. haha.
then lectures were like always. maths continued on the trapezium rule. physics on the rectifier and econs on MV=PT. bah. chinese was quite interesting but as how mslee puts it, 'it's an interesting lesson becoz of the interesting movie clips but...' haha. anw, we were shown clips from 英雄，我的父亲母亲，功夫 & 无间道. we were supposed to watch a short clip from 重庆森林 but i think there was no time. argh. it was like a mass comm crash course in chinese. and not bad out of 5 i watched 3 before and jasmine watched one. was quite happy there was 无间道 coz it's no.1 on my list of best movies i've seen in my life. 英雄 is somewhere on that list too. hmm. to think of it the list is just populated with tony leung, andy lau, anthony wong and ekin cheung. haha. jasmine says her favourite actor is daniel wu becoz he looks good. haiz. kids nowadays. haha.
and then it was swim pe!! been dreading it since sch reopen but it turned out better than i expected. haha. and i really forgot how to swim. as in like how it's supposed to feel like and all. so after i went into the water i was panicking lah. then i swim like 3 strokes and i stopped coz it was very scary!! haha. but somehow i managed to get used to the water after 3 laps. and of course dear chong and jasmine who were beside me and maybe to save me when i really drown. choy choy.
went round the house to search for the little prince yesterday night. it juz suddenly came to me and i felt so much to reading it. and it's still as nice. chong and jasmine says it's boring. kids nowadays. really dunno how to appreciate arts. and it's quite a simple lit text too. haiz.
